What you should know:
- Pets are allowed under certain conditions and a fee for professional cleaning will be collected.
- Please be advised that there is a one-time cleaning fee of USD 59.00 plus 12% tax for Town Homes and USD 79.00 plus 12% tax for Private Pool Homes, which is collected upon arrival. Please note that all homes are self maintained and will be professionally cleaned upon departure. Please be advised that daily maid service is available upon request for an additional fee.
- There is a resort fee of USD 10.00 per unit per night plus 12% tax which is included in the room rate and covers the following: Parking, Free Copy of the Daily Mail (available at the Clubhouse), Daily Scheduled Shuttle Service to Walt Disney World®, Incoming Faxes, Use of In-Room Safe, Health Club (Fitness Center), Children?s Playground and Swimming Pavilion along with Pool Towels.

The Regal Palms Resort at Highlands Reserve claim to fame is an enormous pool area, featuring palm trees, two pools, a whirlpool, a waterslide, sun loungers, and a lazy river. Walt Disney World® Resort is located 10 miles away, Sea World is located 19 miles, and Universal Studios is located 23 miles away.
The health and fitness center features exercise equipment, steam rooms, massage therapies, and beauty service. A restaurant and a game room are located in the Club House. Amenities include childrens activities, room service, free parking, and Internet access (fee for business center/wireless free).
Three bedroom and two bath or four bedroom and three bath condos are available. Condos are 1376-1679 square feet are equipped with two doubles, one king and one queen, and can accommodate up to nine guests.
Household pets (cats and dogs only-maximum of two) 30 pounds or less are allowed in private pool homes under managements discretion. Pets are not permitted in Town Homes. There is a pet charge of 200.00 upon check-in that is used to pay for professional carpet cleaning and sanitizing of the home, which is required by law. In addition, 300.00 will be authorized on the credit card which was provided upon arrival in the event that the pet(s) may damage the home, or any of its contents. Please note that all homes are self maintained and will be professionally cleaned upon departure. Please be advised that daily maid service is not provided.Private Pool Homes are located in surrounding communities which are within driving distance to the resort amenities.
